Is Bodenham Arboretum Free?
Normal Arboretum Admission fees apply – Adults £6.50, Children £3.50 (Under 5s free). Booking currently not required – simply pay upon arrival. Fresh, home produced food available from our Visitor Centre or why not bring a picnic…we have over 5 miles of wonderful woodland walks to explore! Dogs on leads welcome!

The ‘Barn Bash’ however had a dual purpose, not only was the intention to raise valuable funds for these very worthwhile causes but Sam Binnian, son of Bodenham Arboretum owner James Binnian, saw it as the perfect way to celebrate his 30th birthday.

There are two easy access paths around part of the lake, both originating from the car park.

Bodenham is an area of outstanding landscape beauty and interest. Its 170 acres contain mature woodland, specimen trees and shrubs and two chains of pools and lakes, integrated within a working farm.

Can you swim in Bodenham Lake?
This article was amended on 14 May 2013 to remove a reference to Bodenham lake. Herefordshire Council has asked us to make clear that swimming in the lake is discouraged.
Can you fish Bodenham Lake?
No fishing, swimming or other unauthorised recreational use of the lake is allowed.
