How do I cancel skin wash?
To cancel your membership, you must call or visit your local Skin Laundry clinic. Requests must be made 7 days in advance of the next billing date. Upon cancellation, you will immediately forfeit any remaining treatments or other benefits. You will not be refunded for any unused benefits.
What type of laser does skin laundry use?
Skin Laundry utilizes a combination of YAG (a crystal laser that’s made from yttrium, aluminum, and garnet) and IPL (intense pulsed light) laser therapy. Each session involves two quick passes of the YAG laser followed by two quickly passes of IPL.

Avoid for 24 hours: Wearing makeup and working out. Keep the skin clean, hydrated, and unclogged during this time. While we love SPF and recommend you wear everyday our dermatologist advises that you wait to use SPF at least 24 hours after these facials to avoid clogging your pores.
